ATM - VPbank

No fees. Maximun 5 mill withdrawl each time.

They accepted my Canadian Mastercard. There was no fee to withdraw and the max withdrawal is 5 million. The exchange rate given was good as well, it was about 1.7% on top of the google rate.

You can withdraw from the deposit machine without any extra fees. The bills look a bit used but that's all you can do cause all the ATMs in town from VP Bank are under maintenance 😔

Although some people are saying that VP Bank has no withdrawal comission, i discovered after going to 3 of their ATM’s that they do not work with foreign cards. I could not withdraw money and so did other persons next to me with card fron different foreign banks. Use Eximbank instead. Cards work and they have no comission.

so far best ATM I used. accepts my bank card while a few ATMs don't. sometimes there's a line waiting to use the machine; I guess cause it's no transaction fee. once in a while, the ATM is out of order. I'm guessing low on cash. love this machine.
