Was able to take out 5,000,000 today with no issues, out of my Canadian bank. Exchange rate good with no fees.

First time coming to the back to transfer money to my friend account. Money is under 300k but the back asking me to provide id while I am Vietnamese and I have pictures of id on my phone. Got grab to arrive and didn’t satisfied with tie service like this. I would rather go to other banks as I used to use and pay a bit higher fee.

Used UK Chase card(Mastercard) and eventually worked. Tried 5m & 10m in which it said no cash available. Tried 2m and worked fine, done 2m three times and no issues. So although I couldn’t get 5m I could get 6m in 2m increments. How-to use: - Insert card - select language - select checking account - select lower amount then 5M - Rinse and repeat!

The ATM today on 8/12/25 is down again, in particular, for withdrawals. 66% of my attemps have been failures here, I won't come here again. And, we all know mgt here at this branch doesn't care. So, don't waste your taxi and time coming here. Good luck.

ATM didn't work. I used my Wise Card, revolut and 2 other UK bank cards. I used both Visa and Mastercard. Did not work. Just got an error message and return my card. I tried multiple times and multiple amounts as well as trying different "current account" "savings account" options when it asked me about my card. I am writing this review to save people time wasting a journey to this ATM. No idea why it didn't work.
