I was short on cash, but thanks to you, I was able to withdraw money. UnionPay is fee-free, and you can select it as the default when selecting an account.

Withdrawal: UnionPay card with no fees. I read reviews and assumed there would be fees since it was available at the supermarket, but I'm happy with it. Travel blog: UnionPay card issuance seems more useful than Visa in Vietnam. This isn't an ad; I paid for it myself.
