I changed the app and logged out of my customer account, but couldn't log back in. When I went to the branch, they said it would take a long time to process, so I waited for a call, but never received one. My account is now completely inaccessible.
I really didn't want to write this, but the way the staff here handled things left me extremely disappointed. I had an urgent matter to settle my account, but I encountered a staff member with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. • Regarding the process: I understand that each place is different, but instead of providing helpful guidance when I was confused, the staff member was rude and nitpicked because I hadn't brought my original passbook (even though I asked for explanations and pleaded for help). • Regarding attitude: Seeing that I was a young customer, they acted condescendingly, lecturing me and being harsh. Even when I tried to explain, they yelled at me. • Regarding fees: The process was complicated enough, but then they charged all sorts of small fees (even for internal transfers, they charged 5k) without explaining anything clearly from the start. Paying out of pocket for a service felt like begging. I will never, ever return to a bank with such a lack of customer support. Young people should think carefully before doing business here if they don't want to end up frustrated.
The staff handled the customer very poorly, indifferent, unclear and very unpleasant, very disappointed🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
The staff treated the customers with disrespect.
