I do not agree with the way the staff at the transaction counter at 344 Dien Bien Phu responded to customers, especially non-Vietinbank customers, including the curly-haired female manager. If customers do not clearly understand the nature of the problem, they must explain, but instead they responded in a general way as if to puzzle the customer, then invited the next person as if to "see the customer off".

I've never seen a place with such bad service like this one. I made them wait for 40 minutes. The staff was so free that they called and swore they'd spent all their money. Bye bye.

The staff were enthusiastic.

Bad bank staff. Waited 40 minutes for my turn. Staff was indifferent and unfriendly to customers. As for the manager with short hair, customers stared at her.

The bank is open but at 4:20 pm the staff did not accept transactions.
