Banks that don't have electronic queue boards, VNelD doesn't accept sitting and waiting for hours when the transaction says it's not applicable, unbelievable.

I hate it so I have to come back here and rate 1 star again. Gave me a new ATM card and didn't tell me the card had changed its PIN. I asked if the PIN was the same or not, then I nodded. Oh my god, the result was that my card was swallowed at the ATM and I had to go through 2 banks to get the card back. At that time, I didn't know what I was asking, but I nodded just for the sake of it. It wasted my time and affected my work. Not everything one customer knows, another customer knows AND telling customers to change their PIN is a necessary and certain part of the customer care process. Having gone through many Viettinbank branches, this is the first time I've encountered such an unprofessional branch. To recommend everyone to go to Viettinbank on 2/9 Street to make transactions, don't go to this Nguyen Huu Tho branch. Next time, I will pay attention to the employee's name and write it directly in the review section. I hope the bank manager will pay more attention to customer feedback and correct the way this branch works.

The staff were unfriendly. When customers asked questions because they didn't know the answer, they seemed annoyed. When customers asked to change their password, they didn't give clear instructions. In the end, customers didn't know if it was done or not, and when they asked, they just kept saying it was. The service was slow, and we had to wait a very long time to receive such a negative response. I'm very frustrated with the way they work here.
