The ATM warns of a fee, but doesn't show how much. I was charged an additional 132,000. That's 3-4 times more than other ATMs

The bank's service is terrible; they stop admitting customers at 4 PM and even chase them away, and the ATMs are always out of cash. I will stop using Vietinbank's services. This branch of the bank is completely disorganized.

I was looking for an ATM to withdraw cash using my Canadian debit card. The atm didn't work for the debit card (simplii financial) but it worked for my Visa card. The service was very friendly too when I wanted to exchange my large bills for smaller ones.
