The staff had a bad attitude, were unenthusiastic, and insulted customers like they were children.

The security guard's attitude was terrible, not as welcoming as at other banks I've visited. And then there was that female employee with glasses at the counter advising customers, acting like she was some kind of boss giving orders. Her face was all grumpy and annoyed, as if I were bothering her, arrogant and conceited. Excuse me, ma'am, customers are asking you because they don't know; if they already knew, they wouldn't need to look for you, and you wouldn't be in that position receiving your monthly salary. I was planning to deposit my savings here because it's close to home, but seeing that security guard and the consultant made me want to run away as fast as I could.

The staff's attitude was poor, and they were arrogant at all the counters. They need training in customer service.

The transaction counter is large, but the security guard doesn't assist customers with parking, and transactions take quite a long time.
