This Vietcombank is so scary. No matter how many times you withdraw money from 3 machines, there will always be one stuck, the rest charge a fee for withdrawing 35 bills at a time. While other banks withdraw tens of millions/time without any fee.

Out of 3 ATMs, 1 was broken and 2 were out of cash, even though it was only 10 am on Friday. There were 3 teller counters but only 1 employee, so withdrawing money or doing anything else took a long time; dealing with this meant waiting for over an hour. What a terrible experience for VCB (Vietnam Commercial Bank).
