​Outstanding and friendly service ! I couldn't speak Vietnamese but they took the time to explain everything with incredible patience. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend them, especially the lady with the red short hair, she should be a best staff of the month.

The branch office is spacious and airy. All the staff are cheerful and enthusiastic. They handle matters very quickly.

Terrible service, the queue was incredibly long. There were only two service counters, staffed by one female manager. The remaining 7 or 8 people were just advising customers. They made dozens of customers wait, and in the end, they said they couldn't serve them. The worst VCB branch in Central Vietnam.
