I was waiting 1 hr just to change passport data, awful, why in such a big building only 5 windows are working? insane

I use VCB for my business banking. This is just the most atrocious place, full of incompetent and arrogant staff. Every time I go there I lose my mind, as even the simplest of requests take 5x longer than it should. I know this is the case for most banks in VN, but this one is the winner

Came 3 times to sort out biometrics. No one mentioned a visa. A shoe box had better service

The staff at this branch have been endlessly helpful, patient and accommodating assisting me with my business and personal banking needs.
