I waited for almost an hour for my turn. Because I had been waiting a long time to get my card, I signed differently than before. I tried signing for less than 2 minutes, and the teller said, "I won't let you transact with me anymore." :) :)

Spacious area, convenient for car access. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful; Ms. Mai Trang at counter 1 was very attentive when we opened our account.

The queues were chaotic, and there were only two service counters; it took the staff 20 minutes to serve one person at the third counter. The service was terrible, and customers were fed up.

This VCB branch is located at 407 Trung Nu Vuong Street. The attentive and professional guidance from the staff, especially Ms. Mai Trang at counter 1, made all transactions easy, comfortable, and reassuring.
