This comment is not about the above branch but to share my frustration and unresolved complaints with this bank. I used to really like Ban Viet, I am a customer who opened a credit card at the above bank branch and have been using Ban Viet's credit card for 3-4 years now. Because the initial agreement when opening the card was that I did not need a payment account because I had made many savings deposits at the bank, accumulated bonus points and converted points into cash to offset the outstanding debt through the call center. Now when the bank released a new electronic application, they required me to open a payment account to get a discount from the credit card that I have used for 3-4 years and refused to support in any way except forcing customers to open additional accounts to incur additional fees and use the new digimi application. Now if I want to close the credit card and convert accumulated points to offset the outstanding debt, I am required to open an additional account to convert on the application. If I don't use the app, I won't get the discount, I won't be able to use the benefits of the card I registered with the bank 3-4 years ago. Closing the credit card also requires me to open a payment account and an electronic account and then I have to deposit 50k into the balance to get the benefits of the credit card (while the previous agreement did not have these items). Extremely unreasonable! After closing the credit card, if I want to close the payment account, I will have to pay a fee of 22k if it is less than 6 months. Even if I keep the new account for 6 months, I have to put money into the payment account at least 100k/month and cannot withdraw it. Otherwise, I will have to pay an additional fee of 10k per month. Or even if I want to keep the credit card, after opening the payment account and electronic account, it will be limited to 100 million and will not be allowed to use it again if I don't verify my identity on the app (even though I have used the credit card for 3-4 years and always paid in full and on time). The bank works like a fox, trying to find a way to cheat on the benefits agreed with old customers. Policies change over time and apply to new customers and new contracts. As for the old contracts signed with previous customers, they must be kept and implemented according to the terms until the card expires. Who allows changes and then forces Party B to follow them when Party B has not agreed? And the old terms are invalid if they do not agree to change: if you call the hotline, they will not support you, if you go to the counter, they will push you to the hotline. Strange way of working.

The staff's attitude should be reviewed.
