Poor service attitude. Indifferent to customers. Late payments are due to many factors; it's the bank debt, not your employees. No support, no cooperation, turning your back on customers when they face difficulties. Not serving old customers because there's no revenue. Annoying.

I have withdrawn money at this ATM twice and both times my money was STUFFED. The app said the money was deducted but the ATM said it was unsuccessful.
