The space is spacious and cool. As soon as I entered, a guide asked my needs and introduced me to wait at specific counters. The consultant provided full information, was friendly and explained easily. I called to ask for support to cancel my credit card via VIB's general hotline, but I had to wait 3 working days and still had no information. I went to the counter and did it in 15 minutes and it was done.

Credit service is like pants, pay off the entire outstanding balance from the end of the previous statement period, still incur costs during this period, call the hotline is always busy?

Even updating my biometrics was difficult because the signature didn't match, taking almost half an hour of back and forth... Luckily, I went to another branch where I received enthusiastic support and the issue was resolved. This bank probably doesn't need customers, so everyone should stay away from it.
