Around 10 am this morning, I went to the bank and there were two female employees sitting near the door who had a disrespectful attitude towards customers. When I asked questions, their answers were very dismissive, as if they didn't want to hear me. They were also unprofessional; they had to open documents to answer questions, and even then, they had a bad attitude. After I arrived at the counter, they told me to call the hotline (which costs money) for a quicker answer 😡 What the heck?! 😠 I could have just called from home instead of going to the bank. Are VIB employees not trained to guide customers or something? Why do they make me call the hotline and then only direct me to the counter? It was a very frustrating experience. If my company stops paying my salary into my card, I will cancel immediately and never go there again 😡😡😡😡😡
Huynh Thanh Hao, a credit officer at VIB, was flirting with customers. His behavior towards customers was inappropriate.
Hidden fees everywhere, unclear advice, when I wanted to close the credit card, they said there was a 599k collection fee, and even the counter staff didn't know what the fee was. I've never seen a bank as crazy as this one. I called the hotline for 4 consecutive days without getting a consultant, the line was always busy.
VIB takes no responsibility no matter where they work. They don't resolve customer issues. Processing takes up to two months.
The customer service staff were terrible, unproactive, indifferent, and disrespectful towards customers. Deserves 1 star.
