Apologies for the honest feedback: The transaction office is spacious and the security guards are courteous, but the transaction department's customer service is terrible, even worse than that of the security guards. Their cash counting and computer operations are slow and inefficient.

Bad service, waited in line first but let a friend's customer go in first. Deposited a little money but waited from 2pm to 4pm to do it and attitude. Never had a bank transaction as bad as this place, very poor service.

I made the card a long time ago, called the bank to say it had arrived at the branch, went to the branch and said the card had not arrived yet while the bill of lading said it had been delivered here, went 3,4 times and still kept asking to wait, I don't know how to do business anymore, talking to customers is annoying, especially the staff at counter number 4 👎👎👎

The teller’s attitude is so bad

Poor service, staff spoke rudely and irresponsibly, appointments were cancelled a week in advance, and the manager avoided customers.
