I have been to this location for 4 times in two weeks. Most of the time it isn't working. Today someone in front of me was able to deposit money, but both machines didn't let me withdraw money. Since someone just deposited millions of dong it couldn't have been the problem. Guess it's time to search for another ATM that works. Preferably with lower service costs.

TL;DR - TP Banks are no longer free withdrawals now for UK cards. The only free one remaining is VP Bank. Also, the TP Bank ATM's show you the fee it will charge you, but that is on the same screen as the DCC option - where you're offered the conversion by the ATM - so its very easy to miss that, hit decline, and then wonder why you still got charged an additional fee when previously it was always free.

Absolutely crazy! I made a withdrawal of 10 Million with Wise Visa card today 02/03/26. TPbank took 308000 Dong in fee. It was almost free of charge last year. Don't get scammed like me. Find another ATM.

Charges VND165,000 on 5,000,000 int'l withdrawal. Shocking fee, not disclosed beforehand! Days of free/cheap TP Bank international ATM withdrawals appear to be over...Can take up to 10,000,000 if that is important to you

This ATM LIES: read this. Transactions made with Wise card in local VND currency. The ATM states 2.8% + VAT for 5m and up, and 55k flat rate for less than 5m (see photos). I tested both yesterday, taking two cash withdrawals of VND 5m and 4.5m. The receipts for both transactions were in line with what was described - but the receipts were LIES! 😬 After checking my Wise app for the actual withdrawal, each withdrawal was charged a fee of approximately 2.25%. This was in line with a previous transaction of 10m where I was charged the same amount. TLDR - forget what the ATM or receipt says, it's total BS, it will charge you 2.2%+ if doing a cash withdrawal with a Wise card. Big shame, as a few months ago it was much more reasonable. FYI all local ATMs here seem to charge 2.2% or more for a cash withdrawal now. Recommend getting off the cash people!!
