My first time using their service and it was terrible. So frustrating. I wasted an afternoon and got nothing in return. If you can do it, say so; if not, just say so. Terrible.

Small transaction room, crowded with customers, no seats

The service is extremely poor; people can't withdraw money, and the ATMs are constantly malfunctioning. Year after year, every year during holidays when people need to withdraw cash, the machines break down. The service is terrible; at 8 AM, the ATMs are out of money, and people are always standing in long lines waiting for people to put money into the ATMs. That kind of service should be done when there are fewer customers. If even the ATM at the branch office doesn't have money, then what about other ATMs? The answer is no. Some people have gone around the area to five different ATMs and still couldn't find any.
