Used the ATM here. My Canadian VISA did not work but my Canadian debit worked. The fee is 66k to withdrawal (but theres also an exchange fee that they take when they exchange your CAD to VND, you don't see this though), i calculated and it comes to total around 5% in fees. Have been there several time and I always had a very bad experience for several reasons: - Waiting is often over 45min - Staffs are not willing to help - They are more complicated than other branches - Their is a noticeable difference of service depending on your nationality. 100% would not recommend. The employees here are racist and incompetent. Please get some corporate training on how to have basic decency towards customers. Took my business elsewhere and would recommend everyone else do the same too.
