The staff's attitude was unprofessional; they arrived first but had to serve those who arrived later.

There were a lot of customers but only one staff member. Are you pretending you're short on cash to pay your staff? Such unprofessional business practices, and you didn't even give customers a number.

There are many customers but only 1 working counter, waiting too long, no queue number. Too bad.

Waited too long. Went to change the ID card number to CCCD for the account, only a few customers but had to wait 1 hour. So angry, left. Service was too bad. Canceled the card.

The service was terrible; people were chatting outside while working. I used SHB's services at two different branches and found that poor service is part of this bank's culture.
