This is a great bank; the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Hien and the branch manager. The space is spacious and the seating is comfortable.

The bank has the worst service I've ever worked at. Opening an account at the counter costs 250k. When I asked for the regulations, they said they were 200 pages long. Too bad.

The bank made customers wait for a long time when there were only 2 customers waiting, there were few service counters, the security guard had a bossy attitude. In short, I will never use any service from this bank again.

I'm satisfied with the service at the buiding

The central building is very convenient, with limited parking spaces, but the building offers nearby off-site parking within walking distance. The prices are competitive, the building is new and beautiful, and the glass seems to have been treated, making it much more pleasant to look at.
