1 star for the attitude of the security guard at seabank

This morning, Wednesday, August 29, 2024, I went with my aunt to this branch to help her cancel her credit card. The manager, Bui Tran Ngoc Anh, showed a disrespectful attitude towards customers, even though we were together because my aunt is elderly and doesn't fully understand the procedures. The female manager told me verbatim: "I don't work with you... I only work with her, please go sit over there," even though I was authorized by my aunt to assist her. I was standing next to her, and she confirmed that I was there to assist this manager. Based on what happened, I consider such an attitude unacceptable for a branch manager at Seabank. I will not remove this comment until the bank rectifies the manager's behavior. For me, SEABANK will never be on the list of trustworthy banks.

I want to give a bad review of the attitude of the Seabank security guard this morning, June 17, at Seabank Ly Thuong Kiet, Da Nang. He vandalized the customer's car when he took it out and scratched it. When the customer arrived, the security guard was not there.

The monthly payments are made in full. A few days' delay results in a late payment penalty. And I need the vehicle registration certificate they issued for business purposes, but it's been a week and I still haven't received it. When I call to borrow money, they're probably there in 30 seconds.
