Customer service is very enthusiastic

The ATM ate my card, so I asked for help, but they didn't even listen to me and told me to leave since it was outside business hours. I went back the next day about three times, but I was turned away. It turned out it was because I wasn't wearing a mask, but they didn't say a word about that and just snapped "No, no." I barely managed to get my money back with the help of a hotel employee. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and refused to apologize until the very end, which really ruined my mood.

Worst Bank Ever The ATM swallowed my card, but it kept telling me something else. They told me I could only withdraw up to 1 million dong. They didn't even bother to check the machine. I don't understand why bank employees act like that. They ruined my travel time from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The worst customer service ever.
