We tried to visit your bank. At first the bank was closed because of lunch. No signs. Luckily there was a parking attendant sitting next to the bank and he said that we should come back in an hour. We returned an hour later. We asked to exchange euros. They took our passport and visa for inspection, then looked at the money and said that the bills were not new. I got these bills from an ATM in my country, how could they be bad. I changed the money the same day in another place. I was very angry. You ruined my day.

The customer service staff were very helpful and had a lovely way of speaking. Wishing the bank continued growth and success.
