The staff had a terrible attitude, were arrogant, and I wonder if they even learned ethics before starting this job. If there were a 0-star option, I'd give it 0 stars, not 1 star. Even adults can't create new accounts themselves, and they ask questions as if they're some kind of freeloaders.
