The bank is spacious, clean, and airy. The staff are cheerful, respectful of customers, and handle matters quickly and efficiently. They also provide good advice. Five stars.

Making people scan their queue numbers and wait, there are 2 counters, business is getting more and more sloppy, every time I have to wait for an hour

The transaction/process time is quite slow but the staff and nice and helpful, especially for foreigners who don't speak Vietnamese. However, the bank isn't too busy generally, with maybe 3 customers on avarage at any one time. I opened an account here on a 3 month tourist visa in February 2025 with a British Passport and a local address. I was provided with a Sacombank debit card for Internet banking and for sending/receiving scan payments. The account is locked once your visa expires, until you go back into the branch to update new visa details.
