Wanted to withdraw some money at an ATM in the city, it charged me but I didn’t get the money. The owners of my hotel told me I should go to the nearest branch of the bank and explain the situation to get my money. When I arrived here and told them what happened, the women didn’t really care about my problem and didn’t even bother to ask which ATM it was. She told me I should wait 10 days and will be refunded automatically or else I have to come back. When I told her I won’t be in Da Nang anymore, she just told me I can only come back to this branch. After 12 days I didn’t get my money back. No wonder… 3.060.000 Dong lost. They didn’t really try to be helpful.
