The staff were slow; I waited almost 60 minutes and it was still not my turn to transact.

There were two tellers working, and one customer took two and a half hours... customers sat waiting for ages... the process was slow... the staff were expressionless, like "wait if you can, otherwise go home"... Frustrating...

The branch manager should consider retraining the security guard's attitude and speech. I went to the hospital to ask how much money can be withdrawn from an ATM at a time. His attitude was very arrogant. Go learn from the security guard team at Techcombank.

The staff were extremely unpleasant, demanding, and difficult with customers. Their work was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially the staff at counter number 4. Although it's the same bank, the one on Nguyen Van Linh Street works quickly and pleasantly.

The staff were too slow, and despite the large number of customers, they didn't increase the number of staff. The wait was so long and frustrating; I definitely won't use this bank's services again.
