I'm so fed up I don't even want to talk about it. From now on, I'll never use this bank again.

Every time I come here I am really unsatisfied, the staff is always difficult with customers, unprofessional in work, and based on face and name.

What kind of bank is this, so incredibly slow? My biggest mistake was applying for a loan with this bank. I should have listened to my friend and applied to a different bank; they're much faster. How could they take a whole month to complete the paperwork and still not disburse the funds? Terrible.

The service is extremely poor and slow. The first time I tried to get a card, they forgot to update the system, so when I went to pick it up, it was gone. The second time they tried to get it done, they didn't call me. Getting one card required five trips back and forth for the customer, wasting both time and money. PS: VNeID is not accepted here, even though it's a state-issued electronic identification system.
