I transferred a deposit of over 5 million to a beneficiary account in the name of a company opened at OCB bank. After I knew I had been scammed, I found it unreasonable that when a business account is opened, a business license must be issued to the representative to be eligible to open an account. I went to the OCB branch on July 25, 2025, Ngo Quyen Street, Da Nang to ask for support on this issue. Surprisingly and more unreasonable, the staff at this OCB branch explained to me that "the name of the business account or personal account can be changed to another name on the bank's app" and the OCB staff dared to confirm to me that there were some other banks that did the same. I am very disappointed with the way OCB staff consulted and supported information, specifically at branch 1013 Ngo Quyen. If the bank is only for depositing and borrowing money, the staff will enthusiastically support. However, for other customer issues, the bank staff do not have the knowledge to support to ensure the rights and responsibilities of the users of the bank account here!
