Zero fees for international withdrawals. The only other bank that does this in Vietnam is TPBank. The only drawback with this location is parking is tricky and the screen is impossible to see during the day because of the sun glare and no shelter. Otherwise, this ATM is a gold mine.

The ATM is working normally. No withdrawal fee for cards issued abroad (still).
