I am Resident in Danang and ask for term deposit. They told me it was not anymore allowed for resident according new law. Ask to read the law and told me to google 🤔. What a bad professional behavior and poor customer care! Such useless people. It seems you disturb them and not interested in doing business. Much much better banking service in Cambodia which is a poor country compared to Vietnam. Anyway for your information other banks allow me term deposit and I don't know where you read your new law? Techcombank...NOT RECOMMENDED

Service so bad as my imagine. I'd thought that TCB is the best bank in VN but now totally changed. I took money in ATM in Le Dinh Ly st, my account was minus money but i did not receive cash. I tried to contact many times, staffs answered with bad attitude and transfered phone line many times with long waiting time. That is bad experience i have had.
