They just banned me from using my debit card and banking app after having an account here for 5 years. The teller apologized and said the bank has a new rule that existing customers with a tourist visa are now banned. Terrible policies but decent customer service. Be warned if you are a foreigner banking here!

Service is quite fast and convenient. My trade was processed within 5 minutes. Good facilities such colorful chairs, air condition, counted machine... luxury space and morden style. Finally, The tellers was professional and easy going in communication.

1 star is generous. After asking multiple times about being able to access online banking and them saying yes. After several visits to set up the accounts, collect cards etc we were finally told that I'd be unable to use e-banking to see my own bank balance unless I had a local work permit

Beyond ridiculous! Besides the fact that you will waste tremendous amounts of times at their branch to get the simplest question answered (starting at, what's your branch address? (I'm not joking, they had to ask their manager) You will have all sorts of fun here. Most recent after wasting 30 min there yesterday just to be told at 4:34pm "international transfers can only be done until 4:30pm, but we are open tomorrow, starting at 7:30" Was this morning when I had to discover that infact, they are closed today!! It's beyond ridiculous! The level of professionalism at tpbank starts with them writing "today" wrong in their e-banking platform to levels you would not be able to anticipate or to imagine!
