This bank's fraudulent tactics are unacceptable. I opened a Seasoul card in October and still haven't received my gift. They said it was being shipped, but it's been two months and it still hasn't arrived. I'm very disappointed; they lack credibility.

What kind of company is this? They finish processing the employee's paperwork but don't bother to resolve it, withholding their salary for two months and making them wait. And the employee has a family to support too! What kind of business is this?

The bank staff were very helpful, but the security guard's attitude was terrible. He refused to help customers park their bikes and just stood there chatting.
