Professional service, friendly staff and quick transaction process.
As a customer coming to the bank, I was really disappointed with the working attitude of some of the staff here. Instead of supporting customers professionally and politely, I had to face annoyance, frowning and disrespect from the moment I entered. When I asked about the procedure, the staff answered vaguely, with an unpleasant tone as if I was bothering them. Their eyes were evasive, their attitude was indifferent, and there was no enthusiasm in explaining or guiding. Even each question I asked was answered with indifference and a clear unpleasant expression, making me feel like I was not a customer but just a "burden" they wanted to handle quickly. The bank is a place to work with money and important information, so the service attitude must always be professional. Good service is not only about the process, but also about how the staff treats customers. But with such a nasty and contemptuous attitude towards customers, my experience became extremely bad. I hope the bank will review the attitude of the staff, improve the communication and service spirit. A little respect and politeness not only pleases customers, but also shows the face of the whole bank. Especially counter number 1
