Neither the security guards nor the tellers were friendly. Customers who arrived later were given priority for withdrawals and deposits, while those needing other services had to wait a very long time.

On the afternoon of February 4th, 2026, the staff at counter number 4 were unprofessional. MB Bank refused to process the mistaken transfer and instead referred me to Techcombank. When I called the hotline, MB Bank told me to go to the branch and they would resolve it. It's clear that the staff here are making things difficult for customers and lack professionalism. The staffing at this branch needs to be reviewed.

I just had a terrible experience at this branch! The staff's attitude is extremely unprofessional, they show attitude when customers ask questions. They make customers wait for a long time before solving the problem. It was a mistake to choose this bank to do business with.
