The parking lot is spacious and the service is excellent. I was able to renew my parking card and received very quick assistance.

I only changed my phone number to my registered one, and they said they'd contact the previous owner in 3-4 days, but it's been longer than that and they still haven't unlinked it, even though they've clearly verified that the number belongs to me. If they can't contact me, the system should just unlink it. Why make me wait a whole month? It's incredibly slow and inefficient. 🙂

On April 29, I went to withdraw money from ATM using QR code, money was deducted from my account but I did not receive it, 2 transactions. Called hotline but did not receive support. Very frustrated.
