The employee named Nhi (UB) showed disrespect towards customers and had a bad attitude. I request MBBank review the security camera footage from 13:40. While advising and guiding customers, she called another employee to discuss food and drinks, failing to provide accurate instructions. Customers repeatedly asked how to do something, and only received an answer after the third attempt (customer asked: "How do I set up?"). Only after requesting an employee rating code did she focus on providing proper service, but still maintained a very bad attitude. I suggest MBBank prioritize customer service and not judge customers based on appearances.
