I am extremely disappointed with the service at MB Bank Nam Da Nang, specifically with employee Tran Thi Thuy Tram. I went there with a simple and legitimate request: to open an e-account for QR payment (VietQR) for tourists with a valid E-visa. Despite having all the necessary documents, she displayed a dismissive, unprofessional attitude and refused to listen or explain the bank's policy for foreigners. In the age of digital banking, it's shocking that a 'Specialist' lacks basic communication skills and refuses to assist a legitimate tourist. This attitude damages the bank's reputation. If you are a foreigner, save your time and go to TPBank or another branch where the staff truly understand what customer service means.
