ATM machines don't have fees lol

When trying to buy USD via the Vietjet app, the branch said they wouldn't accept USD and insisted I buy AUD instead, threatening a refund if I didn't agree, even though they had sufficient USD reserves, whereas other branches allowed it. Their explanation was convoluted and illogical. When I called, they told me to come pick it up, then called back and said their boss wouldn't allow it. 🙂🙂 It wasted my whole morning. Anyone doing business with this branch should avoid it.

Friendly staff. However, Travelogue Card charges a hefty fee. Mastercard claims there are no fees!
