The staff has a bad attitude, it seems like they judge by appearance so they look at young people as disrespectful to customers.

I live and work in Vietnam and was getting paid into my account at HD bank. I lost my debit card so couldn't withdraw money and they REFUSED to give me the money in my OWN account. This is the worst bank I have ever used. Do not open an account with them and consider moving your money somewhere else.

The staff at PGD 194 Nguyen Van Linh, Da Nang City work very slowly and have a very bad attitude towards customers. I have never seen a transaction office of any bank work as poorly as the staff here.
