I just withdrew some money, and after the cash came out, the ATM crashed, leaving my card stuck inside. I went to the bank staff to explain the problem – they told me, using Google Translate, to come back at 4 PM to get my card back.

I realized I'd accidentally withdrawn my card from the ATM, but when I went back, it wasn't there. It was Saturday evening, so I went to the bank on Monday during business hours to explain the situation. They told me to come back at 4 PM. (I arrived at the bank at 1 PM.) Due to my travel schedule, I couldn't return at 4 PM, so I couldn't retrieve my card. I'm leaving this review for anyone who, like me, has withdrawn their card from the ATM. They say that if you don't withdraw your card within a certain amount of time after withdrawing, the ATM automatically retains it. I thought the bank branch would retain it, but apparently there's someone in charge of the ATM. It seems like they collect and retain the card. I couldn't confirm this because my phone doesn't work with my SIM card, but if you lost your card, I think calling the number on the ATM machine will help you retrieve it. And please note that the bank is closed during lunch hours. Lunch time is from 12 PM to 1 PM, so don't make a wasted trip. (The older gentleman who guided us in front was very kind even though we didn't speak the language.)
