I made up to a 5 million Dongs withdrawal with a Revolut card. No fees from the ATM. Hard to do better, especially around here.

Great ATM - Withdrew 3 times across the weekend and was always working. Zero fees for Mastercard UK

So far the most convenient amt withdrawal. Visa card by ING bank 3M dongs - 98.03 € . No atm commission. Transaction fee by the bank around 2 euro. 9.2.26

There is little light to see the keypad in the evening. There is another ATM next to Love pier.

The staff is so nice! They helped us recover our credit card that we left at the ATM in the Vincom Mall. Thank you so much, we are so relieved!!!
