Withdrawals are easy and come in large amounts, which is nice. There's only one ATM next to the bank, and it's small, so you might have trouble finding it.

It takes about 4 minutes from the Fivitel Hotel. You can withdraw up to 3 million dong with a Toscard without a fee. My husband withdrew 3 million dong 8 times. I went there because I had no balance at VP Bank, but it was super convenient.
