I'm currently at Viki Bank. I couldn't withdraw cash from the ATM in the back, so I had to exchange it at the counter. They were very kind and the process went smoothly. I then realized I'd left my card at the ATM, so I went back. I visited several times over time, but the same person always helped me politely, and I got my card back safely. Thank you very much.

The local ATM only dispenses 500,000 won bills, so I visit the counter once or twice a month to exchange it for change. The employees are quick and easy to use without being bothersome. You need to be sensible and visit during less busy times. 🙏💛
