Transactions are incredibly slow. Depositing and withdrawing money takes almost an hour and still isn't finished.

This is a large branch in the area; I've been here many times and have great confidence in their service. It's quick and convenient, and since it's near where I live, I often conduct transactions here. Although it's a state-owned bank, the staff are very helpful. 5 stars for them!
