I came to this bank to open an account. The staff saw me and I waited for my turn for about 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the employee asked what I needed. After I said that I wanted to open an account, both she and her colleague reacted very negatively and made visibly annoyed faces, as if helping me was a big problem because I am a foreigner. At first, the employee started doing something, but after a few seconds she suddenly decided she didn’t want to help me. Most likely, she didn’t want to speak English. She then told me that the system was “suddenly down” and that it was impossible to open an account that day. It was obvious that this was not true. The attitude toward customers was terrible. They simply lost a client. I do not recommend this bank.
I came to open an account at this bank for the first time. The staff doesn't speak English, which is unusual for a bank. After filling out a lengthy form and waiting for an hour, I was told that online banking couldn't be applied for with my phone number because it was already in use by someone else. The manager refused to resolve the issue, showing me a translator with the same phrase over and over again. Ultimately, they scanned my passport, filled out the form, but the account wasn't opened. Their level of customer service is practically nonexistent. I recommend the staff at least learn English.
Very poor organization and rude treatment of clients. Everything is extremely slow and unenthusiastic. Came to update my visa, so they keep the account active - had to fill some stupid form for no reason. All they needed to do is make a copy of my passport with new visa dates and let me be on my way, 1 minute task. Instead, I had to wait in line, fill a form and deliver it to a lady at another desk across the office, like I'm the errands boy. And the lady didn't like my signature and said it was fake... With my face in the passport... Had an argument about that. Simply unacceptable staff behavior and overall working environment. Will change the bank.
to open an account you need: - electronic visa - Vietnamese phone number registered in your name (SMS - confirmation or statement from the operator with a stamp) - deposit 50,000 it will take 30-40 minutes
