If I could give it negative stars, I'd give it zero zero. The initial attitude was extremely rude; customers walked in and stood there bewildered, and not a single staff member came to ask what they needed. Customers were left looking around aimlessly. This is a banking service, not a buffet restaurant where customers have to serve themselves.

Go through Nguyen Chi Thanh for a quicker route. The staff here are slow and inefficient, it's so frustrating I don't even want to talk about it.
