Avoid this branch. All the reviews about rude staff are true—even locals are complaining. We came to open a bank account and got a ticket. When it was our turn, the staff member flatly refused to help us, saying another employee would do it. That employee was busy with other clients, and they just deleted our ticket from the system. According to this "lady," we were supposed to just cut in line and interrupt other people. Five minutes later, she just left for a break. She simply didn't want to work with us. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

It's terrible, I just went to withdraw money at the ATM, the security guard's attitude was rude, the job of a security guard is just to sit and observe and lead the vehicle for customers, but when I left the vehicle as they requested and went in to withdraw because I withdrew hundreds of millions but could only withdraw 5 million at a time, it took quite a while, but no one was waiting to withdraw, so standing for a long time is normal, but the security guard had a terrible attitude, ran in and cursed us, "Don't know how to withdraw money, and leave the vehicle for a long time standing in here, how do you teach your security guards to work and serve customers like this?" I really feel like we should review the working attitude of the two security guards at 2:00 p.m. today...

Bad bank. Poor service. Sitting and waiting to dial. While others came and cut in line to avoid getting a number. So why bother getting a number. In addition, there was an uncle and brother in a shirt sitting next to the security guard. Standing right at the door, staring at the customer as if he was stealing. Even though I've been a customer for more than ten years, this time I'm switching to another bank. So disappointed. I'll give it whatever I want. No wonder BIDV is getting worse and worse with deteriorating quality ---

Awful bank. Always a stressful experience coming here. Staff haven't the faintest clue what customer service means, there's no queueing system so everybody pushes in, and to perform simple banking transactions takes forever. I'm amazed they have any customers.
